Dragon Boating offers an unusual and excellent outdoor activity that facilitates personal development through good team working and healthy competition. It is always the team that works best together that wins the event, not the biggest or most powerful. We have hosted many local schools at our Silverwing Lake. Kids of all ages enjoy a full day of instruction, practice and then racing. They and their teachers can be sure of two things – it will be memorable and it will be FUN! Young people with a wide range of ability and age can participate – all they need is the willingness to give it a go. |

The Sky’s The Limit… We are extremely proud of our junior paddlers, many of whom started in the sport at a school or youth event and got hooked, continuing to become part of the Hurricanes club racing squad. A significant number have also gone on to compete for Great Britain in the Under 18 Squad in international events, winning medals for their team and themselves in the process. |
